Social and emotional habits are developed during adolescence which is crucial to a person’s mental well-being. Healthy sleep habits, regular exercise, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and emotional management are some of these. Major Depression in Teens

Additionally, boys have a 47 percent, and girls have a 65 percent higher rate of major depression.
